Help and tips & tricks for our software can be found in several places. Your first port of call should probably be the manuals and help documents listed below. If you can't find what you're after there, then please visit the official iSlayer support forum, hosted by MacTalk. Please note you will need to signup to post.
The third option is to contact us directly. Please note that we receive a large amount of emails, and can't easily respond to them all, especially duplicate bug reports. Rest assured that we do read them all!
Application Support
For support with our applications, please refer to the manual below or the help documentation that came with the application under the "help" menu.
Widget Support
Most problems can be resolved by either reloading the widget, or by deleting the widget's preferences file. Deleting the preferences will mean you'll lose any settings, but usually it only takes a few seconds to reinput them. Please make a note of settings before deleting preferences files. The procedure is different for different types of widgets.
